Terms of Service
Last updated: 9/30/2026
1. Use of service
DialSeat provides an AI voice host that answers phone calls, takes reservations, and answers approved questions on behalf of a restaurant. By signing up, you agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
2. Restaurant responsibility for accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of all restaurant information you enter into DialSeat — opening hours, menu items, prices, policies, capacity, contact details, and escalation rules. The AI host answers callers using the information you have provided.
3. AI limitations and no guarantee
DialSeat uses AI language models that may occasionally make mistakes, misunderstand a caller, or fail to capture a reservation perfectly. We do our best to constrain the AI to your approved information, but we cannot guarantee that every response will be error-free. You should monitor call logs and reservation activity from your dashboard.
4. Reservation confirmations
Email and SMS confirmations are sent only when you have enabled them, only when a provider is configured, and (for SMS) only when the caller has explicitly consented. We do not guarantee delivery of every message.
5. Payment and trial
Pricing, trial periods, and billing terms (if any) will be presented at sign-up or in your account settings. Any free or promotional period is offered at our discretion and may be changed with notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DialSeat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost reservations, lost revenue, or caller dissatisfaction. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the prior twelve months.
7. Termination
You can stop using DialSeat at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
