DialSeat uses only the functional technologies listed below. Their purpose is to provide features you request or remember choices you make.

No advertising or analytics cookies
DialSeat does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies or analytics cookies on this website. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or follow you across unrelated sites.
If we introduce analytics or another non-essential category in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and provide any consent controls required by applicable law.
Booking calendar
The Calendly calendar is not loaded with the initial page. It loads only after you choose to open the booking calendar. At that point, Calendly may place cookies or use browser storage under its own policy to operate the calendar, prevent abuse and remember your booking progress.
How to control cookies
Most browsers let you view, remove and block cookies and site data through privacy or security settings. You can usually block all cookies, block third-party cookies, clear stored data for a particular site or configure the browser to remove data when it closes.
- Blocking the ds_state cookie means the marketing site may not remember the display preferences set in the application.
- Clearing local storage removes saved theme and accent choices.
- Blocking authentication storage on app.dialseat.ai may prevent customer sign-in or end an active session.
- Blocking Calendly storage may prevent the booking calendar from working; you can instead request contact through the website form.
Your browser's help pages explain the controls available for your device. Browser settings do not remove information already submitted through a form or customer account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our use of cookies or browser storage changes. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date shown at the top.
